About Us

TIK Consulting was founded in 2005 and is based in Melbourne, Victoria. The company was founded by three Directors that have the combined experience of over thirty years in delivering all facets of the SAP Human Resource and Payroll modules.

Through all this experience, the Directors of TIK Consulting discovered that when implementing an SAP HR/Payroll solution there are many processes which are often repeated, and generally reinvented for each implementation. They also noted that once implemented, businesses were often left to fend for themselves in managing the support of their SAP HR/Payroll Installation and charged exorbitant amounts for relatively small pieces of support work performed by an external SAP expert.

With the above key points in mind, TIK Consulting was formed. We have developed a Suite of specialist products designed to fast track new implementations of SAP HR/Payroll, and enhance existing HR/Payroll implementations making them more robust and cost effective to manage. TIK Consulting is also committed to providing expert HR/Payroll support charged hourly rather than daily, remotely and on-site.
