NSW Fire Brigades

The NSW Fire Brigades (NSWFB) is the NSW government agency responsible for managing fire emergencies in the major cities, metropolitan areas and towns across rural and regional NSW. During their implementation NSWFB performed the entire data migration and interfacing activities in-house through the use of the Nexus Suite Data Conversion and HCM Gateway Modules without having to write a single line of code. The HCM Gateway Module is still being used extensively by NSWFB to date providing a fully transparent and auditable integration solution.
       
       
       
 

Victoria Police

Victoria Police provides a 24-hour police service to the Victorian community. Victoria Police employ more than 14,000 people, including police, public servants and protective security officers, serving Victoria, with a population in excess of five million. During their SAP implementation TIK partnered with SAP and provided the Data Conversion and Payroll Verification Modules resulting in being able to successfully migrate over four million records from seven disparate legacy systems through a fully automated conversion process resulting in a conversion success rate of over 99.9997% accuracy (the 0.0003% was the result of previously identified data cleansing issues that were deemed acceptable by the business).
