BSB Upload Tool

The BSB Upload Tool provides the ability to load bank BSB details into the SAP Bank Data File, which is then referenced from within the SAP Personal Administration module as well as the SAP Financial module.

The BSB Upload is performed using a standard SAP load method (BDC session) to add new BSB numbers and update existing BSB numbers. The tool will automatically detect if a BSB number already exists, and update accordingly if there are any changes found in the provided BSB detail file.

If the BSB number does not yet exist, then the tool will create a new BSB number using the details provided.

The tool can:

  • accept both fixed length and tab delimited file formats
  • break update sessions into several manageable sessions
