QuickLoad

QuickLoad’s predefined Import allows you to quickly upload SAP HCM data, without any need to configure an Import within Nexus! All you have to do is tell QuickLoad where the data needs to reside and it’ll work out the rest.

quote-openPrior to QuickLoad in order to get data into SAP we had to write LSMW’s and bludgeon the data into shape. If anything changed in the underlying configuration we’d have to re-record the LSMW and start the whole process again. With QuickLoad getting data into SAP becomes effortless – I can’t imagine having to go back to LSMW’s.quote-close

Creating a template is child’s play. All you have to do is tell QuickLoad what you’re trying to upload (i.e. which table and fields) and it will automatically create a Excel spreadsheet for you to populate. When you get the hang of it you can bypass this step and edit the column headings in Excel yourself or alternatively you can use template spreadsheets you’ve already created in the past. Once the spreadsheet contains the data to be uploaded or deleted, you select the relevant Nexus QuickLoad Import and the data will be uploaded in Nexus for you to validate prior to updating any tables within SAP. The three steps below show you how easy it is to create a spreadsheet template for upload into QuickLoad…
