Web Site Support
- The TIK Consulting Web Site provides a customer login page, where TIK Consulting customers can record and manage any issues that they may have with any TIK Consulting product, or with the SAP HR/Payroll module. Through this medium, TIK can resolve your product or SAP issues, including management of SAP Customer Messages from creation through to SAP Note installation should it be required when resolving your issue.
Telephone Support
- Through business hours (9am through 5pm AEST Monday to Friday), TIK Consulting customers may call their TIK Consulting representative for assistance with any TIK Consulting product.
