HCM Reporting Module
HCM Data Replication Module

The Nexus Suite HCM Data Replication Module provides the ability for your Organisation to very quickly replicate HCM Data (PA and PD) throughout the different Instances and Clients of your SAP landscape, from SAP Release 4.6C through to ECC6. Replication of HCM data provides a powerful tool in payroll issue resolution, allowing solutions to be tested against the very data the solution is built for without compromising the production system data!

During replication, master data may be scrambled based upon configurable scrambling scenarios, thereby protecting sensitive information (like names, addresses, phone numbers, TFN, bank account etc.).

Replication scenarios may also be defined, allowing subsets of HCM data to be replicated to meet particular business needs such as training client setup, and HCM mini-master data creation .

The following facets of PA Data are replicated:

  • Employee Data (Infotypes)
    • SAP delivered (International and Country Specific)
    • Customer Specific (9### series)
  • Cluster Tables
    • Any employee related data from tables (PCL1,2,3,4,5) like Payroll Results, Time Results, Audit data (if non scramble option selected), Infotype text related data (TX) etc
  • All SAP employee related tables
    • SAP tables that exist behind the scenes and have linkages with one another (such as the links between P2001 and P2006)
  • All custom developed employee related data
    • For example, custom Employee packaging solutions etc

The following facets of PD Data are replicated:

  • PD Objects Master Data (Infotypes)
    • SAP delivered (International and Country Specific)
    • Customer Specific (9### series)
  • Additional Data
    • Any related data stored in additional tables (HRT####)
    • Any additional data stored against Infotype 1001 (including custom specific)
  • Any non-standard custom developed tables holding PD data
  • Ability to configure data replicator scenarios including:
    • Selection of the object types; direction (top down, bottom up or both); related objects to be replicated; replication depth for the structure
  • Replicate PD data based on the employee
